🚚 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Alpha Kilo Warrior gear — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Exchanges

We accept exchanges if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You received the wrong item or size

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@humanitypandemic.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

📦 Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our end

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the replacement

🚫 What We Don't Accept

• We do not offer refunds

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before ordering)

• Custom items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange
